Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player") and hhh5 ("the Platform") governing your access to and use of the hhh5 website, games, betting markets, and all related services. By accessing hhh5, completing registration, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all players who access hhh5 from Bangladesh or any jurisdiction where use of the platform is the individual player's sole responsibility. If you do not agree, you must not use hhh5. Continued use after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 2

Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on hhh5, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. Failing any requirement may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure without prior notice.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while using hhh5.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated bots, and scripted accounts are not permitted to register.
• You must not already hold another active or previously suspended hhh5 account. hhh5 enforces a strict one-account-per-player policy.
• You must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number registered in your own name with continuous access.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of any employee of hhh5 or its technology and game-provider partners.

Section 3

Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one registered account on hhh5. To create your account you must provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number and set a secure password. All registration information must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or OTP with any person.
• hhh5 will never ask for your password via SMS, phone call, email, or any messaging channel. Any message claiming to be hhh5 and requesting your password is fraudulent.
• Notify hhh5 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. hhh5 is not liable for losses where you failed to safeguard your credentials.
• hhh5 may suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion of a security breach, pending investigation.
• Account credentials must not be used by anyone other than the registered account holder. Allowing another individual to access your hhh5 account is a breach of these Terms.

hhh5 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. KYC requirements are determined at hhh5's sole discretion and may include submission of a government-issued identification document or a utility bill matching the registered account details.

Section 4

Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on hhh5 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hhh5 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected Bangladesh bank transfer partners. All payment methods are subject to availability and may be updated without prior notice.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The maximum deposit per transaction and per day is subject to the limits displayed on the deposit screen at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by hhh5. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• hhh5 aims to process withdrawal requests within 10 minutes of approval. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods or where additional verification is required.
• hhh5 may request documentary evidence of the source of funds before processing any withdrawal as a standard anti-money laundering (AML) measure.
• hhh5 does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, for which hhh5 accepts no responsibility.

Deposits credited to your hhh5 account cannot be reversed. If you believe a deposit has been made in error, contact hhh5 support within 24 hours. hhh5 will review the case on its merits but cannot guarantee reversal.

Section 5

Bonuses and Promotions

hhh5 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotions to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual offer.

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed account registration and any applicable KYC requirements.
• All bonuses are subject to a rollover (wagering requirement) that must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• hhh5 reserves the right to void any bonus and forfeit associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer or colluding with other players.
• Bonuses not used within their stated validity period expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

hhh5 may withdraw, modify, or discontinue any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to active bonuses will not be applied retroactively to amounts already wagered.

Section 6

Responsible Gaming

hhh5 is committed to responsible gaming across its entire platform. Online gaming must remain entertainment, not a source of financial stress. hhh5 provides the following responsible gaming tools free of charge to all players at any time by contacting our support team.

• Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. A limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: players may set alerts that notify them when a gaming session reaches a specified duration, maintaining awareness of time spent playing.
• Temporary time-out: players may request account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a time-out the account cannot be used to deposit, bet, or access games.
• Self-exclusion: players who wish to stop gambling for an extended or indefinite period may request permanent self-exclusion. A self-excluded account cannot be reopened under any circumstances.

Section 7

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on hhh5. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and pending withdrawals, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Using the platform for money laundering, structuring transactions to evade reporting thresholds, or any other financial crime.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, including using different names, phone numbers, or payment methods to circumvent the one-account policy.
• Using software, scripts, bots, or any automated system to interact with hhh5 games or betting markets in a way that provides an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share information in live casino games, or coordinate betting strategies in a way detrimental to platform integrity.
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, or pricing anomalies in games or betting markets. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Registering using false identity information, impersonating another person, or using another person's payment method without their explicit written consent.

hhh5 employs automated monitoring and manual review procedures to detect prohibited activities. The determination of whether a prohibited activity has occurred rests solely with hhh5, and its decision is final.

Section 8

Intellectual Property

All content on hhh5 — including website design, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, and all other materials — is the exclusive property of hhh5 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal non-commercial gaming purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content from hhh5 without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of hhh5 intellectual property may result in account termination and legal action.

Section 9

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hhh5 excludes all liability for losses or damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform. Without limiting the foregoing, hhh5 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised account access where you failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login credentials.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any game due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond hhh5's reasonable control.
• Any financial losses incurred as a result of gaming activity on hhh5, including losses from participation in any game, bet, or promotion.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages, whether or not hhh5 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Section 10

Privacy and Data Protection

hhh5 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. hhh5 does not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data is retained only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Section 11

Account Suspension and Termination

hhh5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including the prohibited activities listed in Section 7.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements, including the minimum age of 21.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.

Upon permanent account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method after deduction of any outstanding bonus rollover obligations or amounts subject to investigation. hhh5 will communicate the outcome of any closure investigation to the player via their registered contact details within a reasonable period.

Section 12

Amendments to These Terms

hhh5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, hhh5 will update the Last Updated date at the top of this page. For significant amendments, hhh5 may additionally notify registered players via their registered contact details. It is each player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of updates.

Your continued use of hhh5 following publication of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

Section 13

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming principles and the laws of the jurisdiction in which hhh5 operates. Any dispute arising from your use of hhh5 should be directed in the first instance to hhh5 support at [email protected]. hhh5 will endeavour to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, both parties agree to pursue resolution through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal legal proceedings.
